The initiative was launched by the Zayed House for Islamic Culture as part of the activities of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair. The launch was witnessed by Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, who registered in the document that adopts the message of "being tolerant with oneself, those around you, and your community because in tolerance there is life." This global humanitarian initiative invites the targeted audiences to achieve a pioneering value in sustaining tolerance.

During his reception of the signing committee, His Excellency emphasized the distinctive vision and approach to tolerance that has become synonymous with the name of the United Arab Emirates, a country of happiness, tolerance, excellence, leadership, and civilizational achievements. He pointed out that happiness, tolerance, and excellence are also elements of superiority and leadership in the coming years and a daily work approach at the Ministry of Justice.
