The rules of use of the Ministry of Justice website apply to all visitors and users of the site. The Ministry reserves the right to suspend, prohibit, or terminate the use of the site if any user violates the terms and rules of use. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the procedures and systems in place to protect the site, including but not limited to:
Terms of use
- Accessing data that is not intended for this user or logging into a server or account that the user is not authorized to access.
- Attempting to conduct a test, scan, or examination to identify vulnerabilities in the Ministry of Justice system or network, or to breach the security or authentication measures without official authorization from the Ministry of Justice.
- Attempting to interfere with the service provided to any user, host, or network, including but not limited to: placing a virus on the website, overloading it, flooding it with messages, sending unsolicited advertisements, or crashing it.
- Sending unwanted electronic messages to the website, including advertising, promoting products or services, forging any part of the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) packet header information in any email message, or sending bulk emails.
- Using the Ministry of Justice website in any way to send email or any material on its behalf, impersonate the Ministry, or falsely represent it, including defaming or slandering the Ministry or the website or any person, or posting false news or information and attributing it to the Ministry without justification.
- Violation of usage rules and system or network breaches expose the violator to civil and criminal liability. Immediate investigation will be conducted into cases involving such violations and offenders will be prosecuted judicially.
Amendment of terms and conditions
The Ministry reserves the right to change or modify any of these terms and conditions at any time, and will publish the latest version of the terms and conditions on the Ministry's website.
