Criminal Status: The applicant must be of good conduct and behavior, and has not been previously convicted of a felony or misdemeanor that violates honor or honesty, even if his reputation has been restored.
A valid office license for commercial activity as an expertise office (in the case of the applicant being an office owner).
His practical experience in the field of expertise to be accredited should not be less than five years following graduation for a citizen expert and 15 years for a non-citizen.
A copy of the university qualification certificate from one of the universities or higher institutes recognized in the country in the field of expertise required for registration, certified and equivalent according to applicable procedures, provided that it is written in Arabic. If it is written in a foreign language, a certified legal translation into Arabic must be attached.

Requirements and Documents

Educational Qualification: Must hold a recognized qualification from an accredited university or institute.
Employment Contract: There must be an existing employment contract between the translator and the translation office.
Professional Insurance Document: A copy of a professional liability insurance policy valid for 3 years from the date of registration expiration, issued by an authorized insurance company in the country.
Experience Certificate: Must have at least five years of practical experience in the field of translation following graduation; citizens are exempt from the experience requirement.
