This service allows the registration of translation and expertise houses in the tables and the regulation of the profession of translators and experts before the judicial authorities in accordance with the law.
To be licensed to work in the United Arab Emirates by the competent licensing authority, and to have a valid license.
Existence of an employment contract with translators affiliated with the International Translation House.
The number of translators affiliated with the local translation house shall not be less than (5) five translators, provided that they are registered in the table.
The number of specializations for which he is requested to be registered in the table shall not exceed (5) five specializations.
To have practical experience in the field of specializations in which he is to be registered for a period of not less than (10) ten years.
The director supervising the translation house must be registered in the table.
Requirements and documents
A professional insurance policy, valid insurance in favor of the Ministry for the entire period of registration against liability for professional errors, issued by one of the insurance companies licensed to operate in the country, according to the controls determined by the Minister.
A certificate or any official document issued by the competent authority indicating his previous practical experience in the field of specializations required to be registered for a period of not less than (10) ten years.
A copy of a valid license for his main branch outside the country in addition to valid licenses for no less than two of his branches in different countries.
