عقد العمل: يجب أن يكون هناك عقد عمل قائم بين المترجم ومكتب الترجمة.
رخصة مكتب سارية المفعول لممارسة النشاط التجاري مثل مكتب الترجمة في حالة (أن يكون المتقدم صاحب مكتب).
مع مراعاة الشروط المنصوص عليها في المادة (5) من المرسوم بقانون، يشترط لتسجيل مترجم لغة الإشارة في السجل التجاري ما يلي: - القائمة:
أن يكون على درجة عالية من الكفاءة في التواصل بلغة الإشارة واللغة المنطوقة.
أن يكون متفهماً للصم وخصائصهم وثقافتهم.
أن يكون على اتصال مباشر بالأفراد والمجموعات الصم في أماكن مختلفة، مثل نوادي الصم والفعاليات.
أن يكون لديه مهارات متنوعة لمواقف الترجمة المختلفة، مثل التعليمية والصحية والقانونية والتلفزيونية وغيرها.
أن لا تقل خبرته العملية في مجال الترجمة عن خمس سنوات بعد التخرج، ويستثنى المواطن من فترة الخبرة.
المؤهل العلمي: أن يكون حاصلاً على مؤهل معتمد من جامعة أو كلية معترف بها. المعهد.
Requirements and Documents
Academic Qualification: Must hold a recognized qualification from an accredited university or institute.
Employment Contract: There must be an existing employment contract between the translator and the translation office.
Professional Insurance Policy: A copy of the professional liability insurance policy valid for 3 years from the date of registration expiry, issued by an insurance company accredited in the country.
Experience Certificate: Must have at least five years of practical experience in the field of translation after graduation; citizens are exempt from the experience requirement.

Legal Translator Registration Fee: AED 300
Legal Translator Registration Fee: AED 3,000
Government employees are exempt from fees

The overall service completion period depends on the specific dates of the exam and oath taking

What are the Judicial Fees for Providing the Service?
Legal Translator Test Fee: 300 AED
Legal Translator Registration Fee: 3,000 AED
What documents are required to be attached to the marriage contract application?
Passport
A certificate from a recognized university or institute in the field of translation.
Certificate equivalency from the Ministry of Higher Education in the Emirates.
Experience in the field of translation in the required language of no less than (5) years after graduation (UAE citizens excluded).
Approval of the employer (or a valid office license if the individual is the office owner or a partner).
